Als Software Engineer (m/w/d) treibst du unsere Produktentwicklung voran. Wir suchen jemanden, der Verantwortung entlang des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus übernehmen möchte.

Du solltest dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlen und hervorragende organisatorische Kompetenzen mitbringen. Wir suchen eine proaktive, verlässliche, teamfähige und ergebnisorientierte Person mit "Builder-Mentalität".

Aufgaben

Das ist eine Full-Stack Engineering-Rolle. Als eines der ersten drei Teammitglieder im Bereich Software gestaltest du unser Produkt und die technische Richtung grundlegend mit und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Gründern zusammen.

Woran du arbeitest

  • Auf Basis von Kunden-Feedback entwickelst du Konzepte, iterierst und setzt sie um - du verantwortest komplette Features End-to-End über den gesamten Stack.
  • Du baust eine zuverlässige, erweiterbare Architektur mit modernem Tech-Stack und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle beim Ausliefern neuer Features an unsere Kunden.
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Mindestens Bachelorabschluss oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung mit React, TypeScript, Django, Python, Docker.
  • Erfahrung im Shipping von Produkten/Features in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
  • Selbstwirksamkeit & Ownership: Du managst Workstreams und Verantwortlichkeiten effektiv und proaktiv.
  • Du bist wirklich Full-Stack: sicher in Backend & Frontend und im Deployen auf Cloud-Services. Wir zielen auf eine Developer-Experience mit möglichst wenigen Blockern, damit du nicht auf andere warten musst.
  • Wohlfühlen im Start-up-Umfeld: Du siehst Ungewissheit als Chance und experimentierst gerne.
  • Du willst mit Menschen arbeiten, die hoch zielen, wenig Ego haben und schnell liefern.
  • Du kommunizierst sehr klar – schriftlich wie mündlich – mit Kunden und im Team.
  • KI ist für dich kein Hype – sondern deine Geheimwaffe. Du nutzt KI, um schneller zu werden und smarter zu bauen. Du hinterfragst laufend deine Workflows und nutzt die Tools, die dir einen Vorsprung geben. Wir glauben an eine KI-first-Developer-Experience.
