Shape the world of tomorrow

  • You'll shape the digital
    transformation of leading banks and service providers by planning, launching, and
    successfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with clients
  • Throughout your strategic IT
    implementation programs, you'll manage internal and external teams and combine
    your pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
  • During the design, assessment,
    and optimization of IT architectures, you'll be responsible for coordinating
    teams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, and
    providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends

This is how you can make a difference

  • You completed a degree in
    computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with
    above-average results
  • You have at least six years of
    relevant experience in IT Consulting and the realization of operative and
    strategic transformation and implementation projects in the banking or financial services sector
  • You're an experienced project
    team leader—including on the client side
  • Efficient resource planning and
    motivational employee leadership are second nature to you
  • You're familiar with all the
    stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes, with a focus on the financial industry
  • You know how to plan IT
    initiatives and build solid business cases
  • You're good at understanding and
    communicating complex topics in both German and English
