Your tasks
- Implement and maintain reporting standards by developing, managing, and ensuring compliance with departmental reporting guidelines and templates
- Drive organizational growth and standardization by contributing to process improvements and structural enhancements that promote efficiency and consistency
- Define and implement KPI frameworks by supporting the identification of relevant KPIs and integrating them into reporting systems
- Enable data-driven decision-making by delivering clear, accurate, and consistent reports for management and stakeholders
- Work closely with Project Management, PMO, and other departments to ensure alignment on standards
Your profile
- Professional experience in Project Management, Consulting, or PMO
- Strong knowledge of reporting methodologies and KPI development
- Proven ability to implement standards and processes
- Proficiency in reporting tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of organizational development and process optimization

The HOLON urban is a fully electric and autonomous vehicle for use on public roads. It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.
The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
