You will strengthen our team in the area of application operation for our customers Satellic and Toll4Europe in the administration of the customer management system AAX: THEY... ..

  • are a team player in our ICT operations for our customers
  • manage the ticketing system to ensure that all tickets are processed and prioritized in a timely manner to find a solution so that it does not happen again
  • support product management/product owners and testers in the development of new functionalities from a technical point of view
  • lead the release train and install controlled and planned software releases in the production environment, test environment and load test environment
  • Participate and lead infrastructure and migration projects (e.g., database upgrades and moves from on-premise to cloud-based environments)
  • will be part of the 24x7 on-call duties within the ICT Operations team, which is located in Germany (Dortmund), where you will track and coordinate the resolution of unplanned incidents (P1s) related to the tolling platform, its products and services – applications, network and infrastructure including database elements
Profile

External

THEY...

  • have at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in an IT or financial technology company
  • have advanced knowledge of Linux, SQL, container technology, Kubernetes, AWS (or you have your first experience running in a cloud environment)
  • have good knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java script),
  • have hands-on experience with CI/CD systems
  • work confidently in English and have excellent knowledge of German and excellent oral and written communication skills
