Wir sind eine der führenden Plattformen für refurbished E-Bikes in Deutschland. Wir verbinden professionell aufbereitete Fahrräder mit einer skalierbaren E-Commerce- und Operations-Plattform, die den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines E-Bikes digital abbildet – von Einkauf und Refurbishment über Lager, Versand und Abrechnung bis hin zum After-Sales.

Unsere Systemlandschaft besteht unter anderem aus Commercetools als E-Commerce-Kern, einem eigenen Frontend sowie Microsoft Business Central als zentralem ERP-System mit individuellen Erweiterungen und Integrationen in Logistik-, Payment- und Finanzsysteme.

Für den weiteren Ausbau dieser Plattform suchen wir eine:n Technical Product Manager mit Schwerpunkt Operations (m/w/d).

Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Produkt- und Systemlandschaft. Dazu zählt insbesondere das ERP-System auf Basis von Microsoft Business Central, die E-Commerce-Plattform sowie das Frontend.
  • Du pflegst eine strukturierte Produkt- und System-Roadmap und priorisierst Initiativen zwischen Feature-Entwicklung, Systemstabilität und technischer Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du steuerst das PED-Team (Product, Engineering und Design) fachlich und koordinativ. Dazu gehört die Planung von Kapazitäten, die Definition von Zielen und die Etablierung klarer Arbeitsprozesse zwischen den beteiligten Teams.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Operations, Finance, Customer Service und Management zusammen, nimmst Anforderungen auf, strukturierst sie und übersetzt sie in Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien.
  • Du baust Kennzahlen für Plattform und Operations auf und nutzt diese für transparente Steuerung und Priorisierung.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast Erfahrung als Technical Product Manager, Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis moderner E-Commerce-Architekturen und von Systemlandschaften im Allgemeinen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Microsoft Business Central.
  • Du hast bereits mit Entwicklerteams und externen Dienstleistern gearbeitet und fühlst dich in technischen Diskussionen sicher.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst.

Nice-to-have:

  • Erfahrung im E-Commerce / D2C Umfeld
  • Praxis mit Commercetools und Grundverständnis für JS basierte Entwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in BI- oder Reporting-Tools.
