Standort: Düsseldorf / bis zu 50% Home Office

Arbeitsbereich: Sales Excellence

Vertragsart unbefristet: Vollzeit

Auszug aus deinen Tätigkeiten:

  • In deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegt die Koordination und Steuerung der gesamten strategischen Vertriebsprojekte in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie internationalen und abteilungsübergreifenden Stakeholdern
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften durch die Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen und -konzepten
  • Die systematische Standardisierung und Harmonisierung internationaler Vertriebsprozesse und -systeme liegt ebenfalls in deiner Zuständigkeit
  • Du unterstützt das CRM-Team bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems zur Anpassung an die Vertriebsstrategie und stimmst dich hierzu eng mit den relevanten Stakeholdern ab

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Internationales Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, der Beratung oder einer vergleichbaren internen Position
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Methodenkompetenz kombiniert mit einer starken Hands-On-Mentalität und Flexibilität
  • Starke Projektmanagement-Skills sowie ausgeprägte analytische Denkfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Auslandsreisen
