Für einen internationalen führenden Automobilzulieferer aus Deutschland suche ich ab sofort einen erfahrenen Accounting Spezialisten (m/w/d) mit Interesse bei einer Neu- bzw. Ausgründung einer bestehenden Aktiengesellschaft eine führende Rolle im Accounting zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für spezifische Abschnitte der Konzernabschlüsse nach IFRS im Rahmen der Quartals- und Jahresabschlusserstellung
  • Fachliche Verantwortung und Beratung zu Fragestellungen im Bereich IFRS 9, 13, 15 und 16
  • Bewertung und Bilanzierung komplexer Finanzinstrumente, Umsatzerlöse und Leasingverhältnisse
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für komplexe Bilanzierungsfragen im internationalen Umfeld
  • Beratung interner Stakeholder zu Fragen der Rechnungslegung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IFRS sowie konzerninterner Richtlinien
  • Beobachtung und Bewertung neuer Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und regulatorischer Entwicklungen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Financial Reporting Manuals
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zur internen Wissensvermittlung
  • Mitwirkung an internationalen Projekten, z. B. im Rahmen von M&A-Transaktionen, Restrukturierungen oder internen Reorganisationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Finanzabteilungen und Fachbereichen weltweit
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting oder Finance
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzernrechnungslegung oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der internationalen Rechnungslegung (IFRS) – insbesondere IFRS 9, 13, 15 und 16
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und Konsolidierungstools
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
