Team Leader for QA Product Compliance
to oversee key quality processes and guide a team of 15 professionals. This role offers the opportunity to shape compliance strategy, manage cross-functional projects, and collaborate with global partners.


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 15 QA professionals
  • Oversee and enhance
    CAPA
    ,
    change control
    , and
    risk management
    processes
  • Support and optimize
    supplier management
    and
    complaint handling
  • Communicate quality-related events in a
    CDMO environment
    in line with quality agreements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate
    pharmaceutical quality agreements
  • Compile quality-related documentation for
    regulatory submissions
  • Lead task forces and contribute to cross-functional project teams
  • Act as a key contact for national and international customers


Your Profile

  • Degree in
    chemistry, pharmacy
    , or a related scientific discipline
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of
    GMP
    ; experience in
    aseptic manufacturing
    is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in
    German and English
    , both written and spoken
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    and
    CAQ software (e.g., Veeva)
