Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactiv
e Territory Manage
r to support our sales growth in the Frankfurt/Düsseldorf area. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in field sales within the healthcare or medical device industry and is eager to build strong customer relationships while achieving ambitious sales goals. You will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals and institutions, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Visit healthcare institutions, clinics, and distributors to present and promote products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to end-users and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and marketing team to implement local sales activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales results, market feedback, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager, ideally in the medical device, healthcare, or diagnostics field.
  • Good understanding of the German healthcare system and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
