Dein Team:

Wir sind das Strategy Team der SBU Intelligent Cockpit und gestalten den gesamten Strategieprozess der größten Business Unit bei HARMAN – von der Strategieentwicklung über die Kommunikation bis hin zur Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Expertenteams.

Dabei arbeiten wir bereichsübergreifend und international mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Fachbereichen zusammen. Gemeinsam treiben wir Innovationen voran, entwickeln neue Ideen und Prozesse und gestalten aktiv die Zukunft unseres Geschäftsbereichs – mit Leidenschaft, Teamgeist und einem klaren Fokus auf Wirkung.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Implementierung eines strukturierten Strategie-Kommunikationsprozesses
• Vorbereitung, Organisation und Moderation von Workshops (remote/ vor Ort)
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres SBU Strategy Frameworks (u.a. Strategy Toolbox, Prozess- und Governance-Design)
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des quartalsweisen Strategie-Updates
• Durchführung von Markt & Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie strukturierte Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse
• Unterstützung im Projektmanagement für unsere Produkteinheiten

Wen wir suchen:

• Laufendes Studium (Bachelor oder Master), mind. ab dem 3. Fachsemester, bevorzugt in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Business Administration oder Kommunikation
• Erste Arbeitserfahrung in Form von Praktika, Berufsausbildung, Werkstudententätigkeit
• Proaktive, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neuen Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
• Kreativität und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
• Erfahrungen in der Nutzung von Tools wie Canva und FigJam sind von Vorteil
• Gute Kommunikationskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar und ansprechend zu vermitteln

Nice to have:

• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Strategieentwicklung und Strategieprozesse
• Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie und/oder dem Softwareumfeld
