Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Unterstützung der Immobilienfondsmanager durch qualitative und quantitative Analysen zur Performancesteuerung und -optimierung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Planungs-, Analyse- und Steuerungsmodellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Controlling, Fondsbuchhaltung, Treasury, Research, Steuern und Strukturierung
  • Verantwortung für das laufende Controlling eines zugewiesenen Teilportfolios
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Reportings sowie investorenspezifischen Analysen; Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse für Gremien, Investoren und Ausschreibungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung investmentrechtlicher Vorgaben, inklusive der Erstellung von Jahresberichten und Meldungen

Wir wünschen uns

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit wirtschafts- oder finanzwirtschaftlichen Berührungspunkten
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen und Kenntnisse in der Analyse von fonds- und- immobilienrelevanten Fragestellungen; idealerweise bei einer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Excel- / Datenmodellen
  • Ausgeprägte quantitative und qualitative analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an volkswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, Kapitalmarktthemen sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis für die Assetklasse Immobilien
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
