The Role

Join a small, agile team (max. 5 people) and work across the full software lifecycle:

  • Designing, coding, testing, deploying, and running production systems
  • Conducting peer code reviews and uphold internal coding standards.
  • Defining and shaping our technical roadmap
  • Shaping our software development processes as well as quality and security standards
  • Owning the full development lifecycle — from idea to production monitoring

About You

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in software development and at least 3 years as full-stack.
  • Front‑End Frameworks & Patterns: React, Hooks, server components, hydration strategies.
  • Web Components & Micro‑Frontends: Custom elements, module federation for independently deployable UI pieces.
  • Back‑End & API Design: or Go, Asynchronous I/O, low‑latency services, memory safety.
  • Event‑Driven & Serverless Architectures: AWS Lambda; SNS, EventBridge, Kafka.
  • API Gateway, Rate‑Limiting, & Throttling: Secure, scalable front‑doors to microservices
  • Cloud, Infra & DevOps: Containers & Orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS), Helm charts, Operators.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions, automated testing, security scans, canary deployments.
  • A huge plus is React native skills, FHIR knowledge, product ownership experience, UX skills.
