Job Highlights
  • Global responsibility for business unit (BU) financial topics and processes like Target, Forecast, Actual reporting, Business Reviews, SG&A costs, etc. Perform variance analysis and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Preparation of BU related information, analysis and planing as integral part of decision making
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Management, Sales&Marketing, Supply Chain, Group Functions). Support strategic projects through comprehensive financial analyses.
  • Process Optimization for controlling and reporting. Continuously improve planning and analysis processes.
  • Reporting: Ensure a transparent and consistent data basis for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and Skills
  • Succesfully completeted MBA, MSc or equivalent in management experience 
  • More than 5 years of experience in controlling, business analysis or finance leadership required
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and analysis
  • Personal Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking. Strong communication and presentation skills. Leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
