  • Teamgröße: National rund 300 Jurist:innen, global etwa 5.000 Jurist:innen; dein direktes Kernteam besteht aus 6 Kolleg:innen.
  • Mandantenzielgruppe: Nationale und internationale Banken, Fonds, Versicherungen, Darlehensnehmer, Großunternehmen sowie Finanzinstitute.
  • Besonderheiten des Arbeitgebers: Internationalität ist fest in der Arbeitgeberkultur verankert – sowohl in Teamwork, bei möglichen Auslandseinsätzen als auch in der Mandatsarbeit. Themen wie FinTech und LegalTech sind Teil des Alltags.

Dein Profil – Das Wünscht Sich Unser Kunde

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Jurist:in im Bereich Banking & Finance (Senior Associate / Counsel)
  • Zwei überdurchschnittliche Staatsexamina (zusammen mindestens 16 Punkte)
  • Juristische Kenntnisse im Kredit- und Finanzierungsbereich sowie Bankwesen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrungen aus internationalen Kanzleien sowie Auslandsaufenthalte
  • LL.M. oder Promotion (Dr. jur.) sind willkommen, aber kein Muss
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an FinTech- und LegalTech-Entwicklungen

Deine Aufgaben – Damit Wirst Du Beauftragt

  • Beratung nationaler und internationaler Banken, Fonds, Versicherungen und Darlehensnehmer bei komplexen Transaktionen (z. B. Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträge)
  • Betreuung von Akquisitions- und Unternehmensfinanzierungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Team bei grenzüberschreitenden Mandaten
  • Mitarbeit an neuen Prozessen und Lösungen im FinTech- und LegalTech-Bereich
