Project Delivery and Service Manager, Argentina

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate all project activities, ensuring alignment with Trina Storage's strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of project goals.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project performance, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track project expenditures and financial performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting BESS projects.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. An additional MSc in Engineering or an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on utility scale or PMGD renewable energy projects and/or Substations. Experience in BESS system is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive and autonomous, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to have a professional conversation with English speakers in the field (Level B2 of English or higher).
- Argentinian citizenship.
