About This Position
In this role, you'll join a passionate and collaborative People & Culture team of five driven professionals who are shaping the future of our organization. Working side by side with experienced recruiters, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire talent journey from the first candidate touchpoint to creative employer branding projects. YOUR TASKS

• Act as the first point of contact for all candidate communication and coordinate interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Support the entire job posting process, from analyzing hiring needs to selecting suitable channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with the recruiting and marketing teams on various employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility.
• Review resumes as part of the initial candidate evaluation process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure both data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Provide support to the HR team on additional projects, gaining exposure to a variety of HR processes.
• Opportunity to take on screening calls as a potential area of growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled in a German university program, ideally with a focus on business, psychology, human resources, or a related field.
• First experience in recruitment or similar HR fields through internships or a working student position is desired.
• Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and human resources.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to grow quickly and take on responsibility.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic startup culture.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; German skills at a minimum B2 level required.
• Ability to regularly commute to our headquarters in Darmstadt.
