In dieser Rolle bringst du Projekte an der Schnittstelle von Landwirtschaft, Baurecht und Photovoltaik in Bewegung – von der ersten Idee bis zur Genehmigung oder schlüsselfertigen Übergabe. Du verbindest Fachwissen mit Diplomatie, Struktur mit Pragmatismus – und sorgst dafür, dass gute Konzepte Realität werden.

Aufgaben
  • Initiierung & Begleitung baurechtlicher Verfahren.
  • Abstimmung mit Kommunen, Behörden und Landwirtschaftskammern.
  • Entwicklung von Akzeptanzstrategien für Gemeinden & Öffentlichkeit.
  • Bewertung von Doppelnutzungspotenzialen (z. B. Tierhaltung, Ackerbau unter PV-Modulen).
  • Steuerung interner und externer Projektbeteiligter (Planer, Gutachter, Juristen, Agronomen).
  • Überwachung von Projektbudget, Terminketten und Zielerreichung.
  • Begleitung der Projekte bis zur Baugenehmigung oder schlüsselfertigen Übergabe.
  • Integration agrarwissenschaftlicher Anforderungen in die Projektplanung.
  • Abstimmung mit Landwirten zur Bewirtschaftung während und nach dem PV-Ausbau.
Qualifikation
  • Ein abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium in relevanten Bereichen wie Architektur, BWL, Ingenieurswesen, Umwelttechnik, erneuerbare Energien etc.
  • Erste relevante Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung und PV-Branche.
  • Systematische Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
