Field Service Technician

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von vorbeugende Wartungsarbeiten und reaktive Reparaturen vor Ort an Anlagen zur Parkraumbewirtschaftung und Ticketautomaten nach festgelegten Standards
• Grundlegende technische Probleme identifizieren und beheben.
• Installation neuer Geräte oder Aufrüstung bestehender Geräte
• Sich jederzeit professionell verhalten und das Unternehmen repräsentativ vertreten
• Dokumentation rechtzeitig und gemäß den vereinbarten Unternehmensstandards erstellen
• Eigenständiges Führen eines Ersatzteillagers
• Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften vor Ort einhalten

Anforderungen

• Technischer/elektrotechnischer Hintergrund mit einschlägiger Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Außendienst, Kundenservice und/oder als Servicetechniker
• Offenheit für mehrtägige Reisen
• Gutes Verständnis für technische Produkte und deren Zusammenhänge
• Gute allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse
• Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on site on parking management systems and ticket machines in accordance with established standards.
• Identifying and resolving basic technical problems.
• Installing new equipment or upgrading existing equipment.
• Behaving professionally at all times and representing the company in a professional manner.
• Preparing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed company standards.
• Independently managing a spare parts warehouse.
• Complying with on-site health and safety regulations.

Experience

• Technical/electrical engineering background with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in field service, customer service and/or as a service technician.
• Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
• Good understanding of technical products and how they work.
• Good general IT skills.
• Class B driving licence mandatory.
