  • Own core app journeys used daily by thousands of deskless workers.
  • Ship elegant, beautiful and Intuitive UI that balances craft and speed.
  • Play a key role in the Design turning Figma flows into polished, performant React Native features.
  • Elevate our design system and component library across iOS/Android & web.
What You'll Do
  • Build and iterate features in our React Native app (Expo + TypeScript), targeting iOS and Android.
  • Optimizing user experience with a strong focus on animations, clean UI, and smooth UX.
  • Collaborate in Dual‑Track Agile: discovery with PM/Design, then delivery with Engineering.
  • Translate Figma prototypes into accessible, responsive, high‑quality interfaces.
  • Contribute to our design system (tokens, components, motion, interaction patterns).
  • Shape sprint goals, refine scope, and uphold realistic delivery plans.
  • Champion performance, reliability, and thoughtful UX micro‑interactions.
  • Add meaningful tests (unit, integration, visual regression) and instrument analytics.
What Sets You Up For Success

Must‑haves

  • 5+ years of professional software development; 3+ in React Native with TypeScript.
  • Strong product design sensibility; you care about typography, spacing, motion, and accessibility.
  • Proficiency with Expo, Figma, and modern RN tooling (Hooks, Reanimated/Gesture Handler, RN Navigation).
  • A track record of shipping user‑facing features end‑to‑end in agile teams.
  • High bar for quality, excellent attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Experience evolving a cross‑platform design system / component library.
  • Knowledge of and shared UI between web & mobile.
  • Familiarity with app release processes (App Store / Play Store, OTA updates with Expo EAS).
  • Testing experience (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Storybook, snapshot/visual regression).
  • Performance profiling, accessibility (WCAG), and internationalisation.
