Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen aus dem Bereich Regulatory Affairs mit Fokus auf Lateinamerika in Bezug auf Produktregistrierungen, einschließlich der Beratung bei der Beantwortung von Mängelbescheiden und Anfragen der Zulassungsbehörden
  • Koordination von nationalen Anträgen für neue Produkte, Line Extensions sowie Variationen oder Erneuerungen bestehender Produkte
  • Klärung lokaler Registrierungsanforderungen und Entwicklung regulatorischer Strategien zur Unterstützung von Produktregistrierungsprozessen
  • Erstellung, Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der regulatorischen Standarddokumentation (z.B. Zutatenliste, Nährwertangaben) sowie Erstellung von länderspezifischen Registrierungsdokumenten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (Qualität, Forschung und Entwicklung, medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Angelegenheiten, Marketing), um rechtzeitige und konforme Einreichungen zu gewährleisten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projektteams zur lebensmittelrechtlichen Bewertung und regulatorischen Beratung bei Projekten, die Produktänderungen, Optimierungen oder Line Extensions beinhalten
  • Kontinuierliche Entwicklung von Regulatory Intelligence für die lateinamerikanischen Märkte, um immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu sein und die regulatorischen Anforderungen zu erfüllen
  • Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Etiketten und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung länderspezifischer Etiketten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Biowissenschaften, Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im regulatorischen Bereich der Lebensmittelindustrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Produktregistrierungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Codex-Alimentarius-Standards für Lebensmittel für besondere Ernährungszwecke und der EU-Lebensmittelvorschriften
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Spanisch wird als Vorteil angesehen
  • Hervorragende Beherrschung von MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen und Datenbanken
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert und detailorientiert, mit ausgeprägtem analytischen Denken
  • Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Affinität zur Arbeit mit digitalen Systemen und Tools
  • Starker Teamplayer mit einer kollaborativen Denkweise
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in interkulturellen Projektteams und Reisebereitschaft
