If so, the Commercial Finance and Insight team at Tipico may be just the place for you The Commercial Finance Analyst - German Speaking (m/f/x) (part-time) will work closely with key players to tackle all financial matters, including planning, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting. They'll also support the Commercial Finance Manager, acting as a solid teammate to keep our financial game plan running smoothly across the business.

Your playing field:

• You'll be the financial coach, guiding stakeholders like a seasoned pro, ensuring they hit their financial goals with precision and agility.
• Participate in the monthly financial game plan, analyzing the stats, calling out variances, and delivering insightful commentary to keep the team on top of its game.
• Maintain, coordinate, and refine our financial and business strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring our playbook is always one step ahead.
• Be ready to sprint into action with ad-hoc analyses, tackling any challenges that come your way.
• Own and master your assigned business area, understanding the playfield like a true champion.
• Prepare a deep-dive technical analysis to get to the core of cost drivers, helping the team optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition.

This role requires a commitment of a maximum of 20 hours per week. 

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Education. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a finance-related subject.
• Experience.  2+ years of experience in financial reporting, business modelling, planning, and analysis.
• Technical Knowledge. Advanced Excel skills are necessary for this role. Score extra points if you have experience using MS Navision or Business Central.
• Language. English is our main language at Tipico, and therefore, full fluency is required. As the #1 sports betting company in Germany, German is also required for this role. 
• Solution-oriented & hands-on. Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances, and never too busy to assist with operational work.
• Ownership & accountability. Takes responsibility and holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
