We're looking for a motivated
Operations Manager (m/f/d)
to join and lead the
operational processes and supplier management
at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

As an
Operations Manager
, you'll develop scalable processes, negotiate with global suppliers, and play a key role in driving operational excellence and growth.

In This Role, You'll

  • Identify, engage, and negotiate with suppliers across Europe and worldwide, building strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company's global objectives
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to design and implement scalable operational processes that leverage automation and data
  • Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Drive continuous process improvement and standardization, contributing directly to the company's scaling success

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience (or post-graduate internships) and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex subjects clearly and confidently
  • Hands-on mentality – you take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings
  • Native-level communication skills in German and English (C1 or above)
  • Motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains

Please note that this position is based in Berlin.
