Assistant to Vice President Sales (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aufbereitung von Forecasts, Reports und Analysen für Management und Vorstand
  • Daten- und CRM-Management (HubSpot): Pflege, Qualitätssicherung und Unterstützung des Sales-Teams
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kampagnen, Kundenterminen und internen Abstimmungen
  • Koordination und Organisation von Meetings, Zielvereinbarungen, Urlaubsplanung und teaminternen Abläufen
  • Administrative Unterstützung: Rechnungskontrolle, Reisekosten, Kalender- und E-Mail-Management
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise HubSpot
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
  • Erfahrung im Angebots- und Vertragswesen von Vorteil (nicht erforderlich)
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Reports und Forecasts
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Organisationsgeschick
