Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer - Motion Design (all genders) with proven expertise in motion design, a strong skill set in corporate branding, to concept and execute creative communication campaigns. 

The ideal candidate will be a visual storyteller who is passionate about brand strategy and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality materials and consistently driving projects toward creative excellence.

• Lead creative campaigns by conceptualizing and delivering high-quality assets from start to finish, ensuring consistency with our brand strategy.

• Collaborate with Art Directors to design captivating digital experiences for both onsite and offsite visualizations.

• Drive projects independently, delivering on time and within budget, and effectively communicate your creative vision to all stakeholders.

• Act as a brand ambassador by building upon existing corporate identity guidelines and ensuring design quality across a wide variety of formats, from media to print.

• Apply your expertise in Motion Design, backed by strong technical skills and a creatively driven mindset.

• Contribute to the team by mentoring colleagues and implementing solutions to improve design capabilities and efficiency.

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic, communication, or visual design with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a design studio or in-house team.

• You have a strong interest in fashion and design and are on the pulse of current fashion, social media, and contemporary cultural trends.

• You possess a solid understanding of Motion Design and are capable of delivering high-quality 2D animations.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Premiere, After Effects, as well as other relevant design software (AI tools for optimising work) are a plus. 

• You are a hands-on designer and problem-solver who can independently drive multiple projects, deliver on time, and translate business objectives into compelling visuals.

• You possess a proactive, self-starter mindset, with the ability to manage stakeholders, create clarity amid uncertainty, and guide teams through creative challenges.

• Experience in concept development, brand identity, and a variety of design formats (digital, print, event).

• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. Experience with video/photo shoots is also a plus.
