Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Standard Automatic Data Processing Knowledge: Advanced Knowledge
• Skilled in maintaining CI records, logs, and reports;
• English SLP 3322 (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

Desirable:

• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy/Otobo) and/or configuration databases;
• Advanced understanding of configuration management principles;
• Previous NATO assignment. Experience working in an international / military environment

Duties/role:

• Maintaining accurate records of Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships in the Configuration Management System (CMS).
• Processing CI updates, ensuring traceability and data integrity;
• Applying tools, techniques and processes to manage and report on change requests.
