Wir sind ein führender Padel-Club-Betreiber aus den Niederlanden und bieten unseren Spielern ein Full-Service-Padelangebot. Von der Padelplatz-Buchung über die Teilnahme an Padel-Training, -Turnieren und Events schaffen wir das optimale Padel-Erlebnis. Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2021sind wir stark gewachsen und verfügen mittlerweile über 24 Standorte in denNiederlanden, sowie 4 Standorte in Deutschland. Im Jahr 2026 setzen wir unsere Expansion fort und streben mit der schrittweisen Eröffnung weiterer Clubs insgesamt 10 Standorte in Deutschland bis Jahresende an. Unsere Vision: The Padellers zum Marktführer in Westeuropa aufzubauen. Um unsere Pläne in die Realität umzusetzen, suchen wir nun einen Commercial Community Manager (M/W/D), der gemeinsam mit uns unsere Wachstumsambitionen realisiert.

Als 
Commercial Community Manager (M/W/D)
 berichtest du an denCountry Manager und den Head of Marketing und verantwortest die operativeUmsetzung unserer Customer-Experience- und Community-Aktivitäten. Du optimierstService- und Club-Prozesse, betreust Geschäftskunden, setzt lokaleMarketingmaßnahmen um und stärkst unsere Präsenz durch Social Media,Partnerschaften und unser Brand Ambassador-Netzwerk. Außerdem planst undrealisierst du Community-Events und stellst durch regelmäßige Clubbesuche undReportings sicher, dass alle Maßnahmen professionell umgesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

Customer Success

  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Kundenservice-Prozessen, Club-Standards und internen Guidelines in Abstimmung mit dem Country Manager
  • Identifikation, Umsetzung und Evaluierung von Massnahmen zur Optimierung der Customer Experience in unseren Clubs
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Geschäftskunden hinsichtlich unseres B2B Angebotes (von Erstkontakt bis Angebotsannahme)
  • Identifikation und Management von geeigneten Partnern und Kooperationen zum Ausbau unserer lokalen Netzwerke
  • Regelmässiger Besuch unserer Clubs zur Erfolgskontrolle

Marketing:

  • Umsetzung und Evaluierung von lokalen Marketingmassnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Head of Marketing
  • Content Creation und Management in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Agentur
  • Management unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Posten, Beantwortung von DM's, Kommentaren etc.)
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Brand Ambassador/Influencer Netzwerk
  • Regelmässige Erstellung von KPI Reportings

Events

  • Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Evaluierung von Community-Events (z.B. Turniere, Trainingsformate etc), Corporate- und Partner Events
  • Sicherstellung von reibungslosen Abläufen und professioneller Gesamtwirkung vor Ort
  • Evaluierung und Optimierung von Eventformaten

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Vertrieb, Marketing und/oder Operations - bevorzugt in der Sport-, Freizeit- oder Konsumgüterbranche
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit Geschäftsprozesse zu implementieren und zu optimieren
  • Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
  • Fähigkeit und Freude effektiv in dynamischem Team zu arbeiten
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Hands-On Mentalität
  • Selbständiges, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Vollzeittätigkeit (40 Stunden/Woche) und gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeiten
