Executive Assistant to the Management

To support the management, we are looking for a structured and assertive Executive Assistant with a strong administrative focus.

The position includes classic executive assistant duties as well as administrative tasks in the areas of human resources and preparatory accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting / Finance

  • Support in accounting and preparatory bookkeeping
  • Review, allocation, and forwarding of incoming invoices
  • Preparation of documents for the external tax consultancy
  • Reconciliation of open items and clarification of accounting-related queries
  • Representation in accounting during absences
  • Maintenance and filing of accounting-relevant documents

Executive Assistance & Administration

  • Administrative support of the management in day-to-day business
  • Organization and preparation of meetings (including room setup, beverages, and catering)
  • General office organization and special administrative tasks
  • Administrative HR tasks (e.g. preparation of contracts, certificates, maintenance of personnel files)
  • General correspondence and written communication as instructed by the management
Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in accounting or preparatory bookkeeping
  • Several years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Discretion, resilience, and loyalty towards the management
