Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tennis Coach located in Kassel. The Tennis Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging tennis lessons tailored to players of various skill levels. Key responsibilities include providing technical and tactical tennis instruction, monitoring players' progress, and offering feedback to enhance skills. Additionally, the coach will organize and manage training sessions, maintain a positive and professional report with players and their families, and ensure a safe and encouraging environment on the court.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tennis and Tennis Instruction, with the ability to effectively teach and demonstrate techniques
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with players, parents, and staff in a professional and supportive manner
• Experience in Training individuals or groups and fostering skill development
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to plan and conduct consistent, structured training sessions
• Experience in coaching players of diverse backgrounds and skill levels is a plus
• Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are advantageous
• Passion for tennis and a commitment to fostering sportsmanship and player development
