Content Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager with a passion for storytelling and photography to help shape MPB's voice across Europe. Working closely with the Head of Content Marketing EU and the wider team to bring MPB's brand strategy to life and support our growth across eight European markets (DE, AT, FR, NL, IT, ES, PT, BE).
You will actively drive content strategy, lead on content partnerships, plan and produce video content, and more.
- Own the end-to-end content partnership strategy, including acquisition, execution, relationship management, and performance tracking.
- Maintain an overview of our editorial content calendar, working cross-functionally to ensure timely, locally relevant content across MPB's European markets
- Lead local video production efforts, working with our local and global content teams to bring EU stories to our global social channels.
- Collaborate with content creators, platforms, and internal teams (Organic Growth, CRM, Social) to maximise reach and engagement.
- Monitor content performance, report on key metrics, and apply learnings to future content planning and resource allocation.
- Understand the nuances of the MPB audience across each of our European markets and use this knowledge to drive our content strategy.
- Use insights from the photography and video community to create content that expands MPB's reach and builds long-term brand value.
- Proven experience in cross-channel content planning and execution across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication in English; working knowledge of German or another EU market language is a plus.
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and brand tone as well as strong collaboration and project management skills across internal and external teams.
- Confident working with data and familiar with SEO, analytics platforms (like Tableau), and content performance metrics.
- Knowledge of photography and videography gear is a bonus—but passion counts, too
- Solid understanding of budgeting and how to optimise for better ROI.
- Understand how to use and effectively apply AI tooling to your work.
