Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Gestaltung effizienter und kundenorientierter Supply Chain Prozesse und Systeme in der Miele Zentrale und den internationalen Vertriebsgesellschaften
  • Umsetzung strategischer Logistikinitiativen unter Berücksichtigung der weltweiten Kundenanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten, von Datenanalysen und Netzwerkstudien bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung des Prozessstandards im Rahmen des globalen NEXT (New EXcellent Transition) Programms zur Digitalisierung der Geschäftsprozesse in den Miele Vertriebsgesellschaften
  • Durchführung funktionsübergreifender Workshops sowie Support und Training der operativen Geschäftseinheiten weltweit

Das überzeugt uns

  • Hochschulabschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studium
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, der Logistik oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Projekten und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für End-to-End Prozesse
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit interdisziplinärem und lösungsorientiertem Denken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auch in englischer Sprache und Leidenschaft für Prozessmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
