Position: Engineer (m/f/d) Verification & Validation

Tasks:

• Independent planning of verification and validation activities according to the development process for the development of mechatronic brake systems.
• Independent planning of verification and validation activities in accordance with the development process for the development of mechatronic braking systems
• Carrying out manual and (partially) automated verification and validation activities in implementation of EN50126
• Ensuring conformity between the requirements underlying the development and the intended use
• Ensuring the proper definition and derivation of system requirements and system test cases
• Supporting the evaluation and introduction of engineering tools for (partially) automated verification and validation activities
• Supporting the implementation of and compliance with established system development processes
• Close cooperation and coordination with internal departments

Requirements:

• Comparable qualification: at least a master's degree/diploma program Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics engineering
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in systems engineering and quality assurance in the engineering field
• Experience in the automation of verification, validation, and testing at the system level

Desirable

• Experience in the application of safety standards such as ISO26262, IEC61508, EN50126, 
• EN50129 is an advantage
