Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft und unterstützen durch Organisation und Planung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen, einschließlich Reparatur-, Umbau- und Wartungsarbeiten bei langjährigen Kunden in Ihrem Betreuungsgebiet
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung mit entsprechender Dokumentation
  • Wartung und Sicherheitsüberprüfung der betreuten Anlagen
  • Selbstständige Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen
  • Beratung der Kunden zu allen Servicethemen unter Einsatz Ihrer Expertise
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceinnendienst, der Service-Disposition und dem technischen Support
  • Eigenständige Verwaltung des Lagerbestandes auf dem Fahrzeug
  • Effiziente und eigenverantwortliche Routenplanung
  • Teilnahme am Notdienst

So überzeugen Sie uns

Wir suchen engagierte, strukturierte und teamorientierte Talente mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Elektrotechniker, Elektroinstallateur oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Quereinsteiger mit Zusatzqualifikation zur Elektrofachkraft möglich und wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektrik und Elektronik
  • Wohnort in den oben genannten Regionen bevorzugt / lokale Nähe
  • Erfahrung im Service-Außendienst von Vorteil
  • Starke Kundenorientierung, gepaart mit einem sicheren und verbindlichen Auftreten
  • Teamorientierung und hohe Flexibilität
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Verlässlichkeit
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office Programme
  • Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B, ehemals Klasse 3 (Fahrzeug wird gestellt)
