A strong eye for great design
We, the Graphic Design Team, are responsible for creating and shaping ABOUT YOU's visual presence across all media. As communication designers, we are in constant creative exchange with various teams – from Human Resources to Performance Marketing – and translate concepts and ideas into impactful brand communication.

As a
Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d)
, you will be responsible for further developing and implementing our corporate identity as well as designing 360-degree media for our brand. Your strong command of the Adobe Creative Cloud, combined with your creativity and high standards for good design, will support you in this role.

Responsibilities

• Creation of layouts for all online content of ABOUT YOU across all countries
• Graphic implementation of newsletter articles and topics in close collaboration with our editorial team
• Design of print media such as magazine ads, direct mailings and posters
• Post-production of campaign photos and fashion editorials
• Production of photo and video content for our social media channels
• Graphic design support for all our events
• Creation of marketing materials for online and point of sale (POS)
• Conceptualization, development and implementation of innovative web design concepts and graphic projects for our online shop and brand
• Creation of dynamic animations, motion graphics and short-form video formats such as reels, ads and teasers

• Independent creation, development and integration of AI-based visual content, e.g.:

• • AI-supported image and video generation
• • Experimenting with new tools and workflows
• • Further development of creative processes through AI

Requirements

• Completed degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience, preferably in an agency or similar environment
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and experience working with Figma
• First experience or strong interest in working with generative AI tools (e.g. for image, video or content creation)
• High affinity for fashion, beauty and lifestyle, combined with a creative and independent working style
• Cross-media thinking as well as strong visual imagination and execution skills
• Strong personality and team spirit in a dynamic working environment
