BSF has a global network of full-time recruiting consultants who provide comprehensive consulting on talent acquisition solutions. We also work with hundreds of experienced, entrepreneurial independent recruitment consultants who leverage their professional experience and network of contacts to deliver a localized recruitment experience to our global clients. We have seen rapid growth in recent years and need more experienced independent recruitment consultants to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in full autonomy
  • Selecting, qualifying and recommending the best candidates to your clients
  • Follow up on candidates during the whole or part of the recruitment process
Requirements
  • You have at least two years of recruitment experience (including internships and apprenticeships).
  • You are able to spend a certain amount of time each day on recruitment projects.
  • You have good interpersonal skills and perseverance.  Mandarin speaking skills is preferred.
  • You have your own specialization in the field of recruitment as well as recruitment channels
