Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bioinformatics Specialist, located in Dresden. The Bioinformatics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing sequencing data, conducting statistical analyses, and utilizing bioinformatics tools to support research and development initiatives. The role also involves extensive data analysis, the management of genomic datasets, and contributing to research projects to guide therapeutic innovations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sequencing and Bioinformatics tools and methodologies
• Strong expertise in Statistics and Data Analysis
• Experience in conducting Research projects, especially related to bioinformatics
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field is required
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
