Ziele und Verantwortung der Stelle

Warenannahme, Warenkommissionierung und Abwicklung aller Versand-Tätigkeiten.

Aufgaben, Befugnisse und Funktionen

  • Warenannahme & Qualitätsprüfung (Quantität und Qualität)
  • Einlagern von Teilen bei Berücksichtigung einer effizienten Lager-Führung und des Lagersystems
  • Materialbereitstellung und -prüfung nach Materialentnahmescheinen
  • Kommissionierung, zusammenstellen von Ladeeinheiten und Erstellen von Begleitpapieren
  • Fach- und sachgerechtes Verpacken von Waren und Gütern
  • Pflege und Wartung der Verpackungswerkzeuge und -geräte
  • Kennzeichnen, Beschriften und Sichern von Sendungen unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Erfassung und Buchung lager- oder fertigungsrelevanter Daten im ERP-System
  • Be- und Entladetätigkeiten
  • Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen
  • Planen der Lagerorganisation und -struktur
  • Bestandsüberwachung und -optimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Anlage, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferantenreklamationen, Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten innerhalb und Außerhalb des Unternehmens national und international
  • Andere zumutbare Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der betrieblichen Notwendigkeiten
Qualifikationen

Qualifikation / Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in dem beschriebenen Aufgabenfeld
  • Gültiger Staplerschein und ausreichende Fahrpraxis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der EDV
  • Flexibilität, Kommunikations- sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierter proaktiver Arbeitsstil und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
