Dein neuer Job

  • Du erarbeitest und implementierst eine ganzheitliche Learning & Development-Strategie
  • In deiner Rolle verantwortest du die gesamte Berufsausbildung bei TEDi inklusive der Betreuung der Auszubildenden und der Zusammenarbeit mit Berufsschulen und Kammern
  • Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, Trainings und Entwicklungsprogrammen und in dem Zuge Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Steuerung externer Trainingsanbieter und Coaches
  • Aufbau und Pflege digitaler Lernplattformen und Blended-Learning-Angebote
  • Beratung und proaktive Unterstützung von Führungskräften in allen Belangen der Personalentwicklung
  • Du führst und entwickelst das L&D Team

Was uns überzeugt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pädagogik, Psychologie, BWL, HR oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung und idealerweise in der Ausbildungsleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Lernmethoden und digitaler Lerntechnologien
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationsgeschick, Innovationsfreude und strategisches Denken
