Für unsere Stabsabteilung Revision 

Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von System- und Funktionsprüfungen vorrangig im Hoch-, Ingenieur- oder Tiefbau
Feststellung und Bewertung von Gefährdungspotenzialen für Vermögenswerte und Geschäftsvorfälle
Mitwirkung bei der Konzipierung neuer Prozessstrukturen sowie der Änderung/Neufassung interner Regelwerke 
Prüferisches Begleiten laufender Projekte im Auftrag der Geschäftsführung
Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium bzw. abgeschlossener Techniker (w/m/d)  mit Bezug zu Bau und Immobilien (z.B. Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement, Facility Management, Gebäude- und Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 
Berufserfahrung in der Revision wünschenswert 
Kenntnisse der Honorar-Ordnung für Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen (HOAI) sowie der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB) und des BGB-Bauvertragsrechts
Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (
