Aufgaben

Du steigst bei uns als Senior oder Principal Consultant ein und übernimmst direkt Verantwortung.

Heißt: Deals closen, Kunden ausbauen, Freelancer platzieren, Netzwerk vergrößern.

Du bist ein echter Hunter, bringst aber auch den Drive mit, ein Running Book aufzubauen und langfristige Beziehungen zu pflegen.

Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT Contracting
  • Spaß am Business Development – du bist nicht nur Verwalter, sondern Macher
  • Sales-Drive + Kommunikationsstärke + Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Motivation, was aufzubauen, statt nur "Dienst nach Vorschrift"
  • Teamgeist – wir sind ein kleines, starkes Team und ziehen an einem Strang
