Unsere Mission ist gestartet. Wir beginnen im Battery Valley in Salzgitter mit unserer eigenen Batteriezellproduktion und dem Ramp-up unseres weltweiten Headquarters für die weltweiten Zellfertigungen. Der Bereich Beschaffung stellt die Schnittstelle zum Lieferantenmarkt dar und verantwortet damit einen Großteil der Wertschöpfung. Die Zuständigkeiten reichen vom Rohstoff-Einkauf über das Lieferanten-Management und den Anlagen-Einkauf bis hin zum Value Engineering.

Wo du deine Power bei uns einbringst

  • Entwicklung von kurzfristigen Rohstoffstrategien für Batterie-Rohmaterialien (Lithium, Nickel, Kobalt, Mangan), Umwandlung und Raffination zur Deckung des PowerCo-Bedarfs weltweit sowie Festlegung von Kostenzielen
  • Verwaltung von Abrufanpassungen und Verträgen
  • Sicherstellung der Abstimmung und Korrekturmaßnahmen mit dem Senior Management der wichtigen PowerCo-Funktionen (M&A, ESG, Compliance, Finanzen, Recht, etc.), um sicherzustellen, dass Liefertermine und Bedarfsanforderungen jederzeit erfüllt werden
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Partnern in der globalen Bergbau- und Raffinerieindustrie

Dann passen wir zusammen

  • Ein BSc-, MSc- oder PhD-Abschluss in Bergbau, Metallurgie, Chemie oder einem verwandten Bereich mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Bereich der Lieferkette für Batterie-Rohmaterialien, einschließlich Bergbau, Verarbeitung, Raffination, pCAM-Produktion
  • Fließendes Englisch

  • Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sind wünschenswert
  • Zusätzliche Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder bergbaulichen Industrie
