  • Analyse der Geschäftsanforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Spezifikationen im Bereich IAM
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, um IAM-Prozesse und -Richtlinien zu definieren und zu optimieren
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Implementierung von IAM-Tools und -Technologien
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops, um das Bewusstsein für IAM-Praktiken im Unternehmen zu fördern
  • Überwachung und Analyse von IAM-Prozessen zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
  • Dokumentation von Anforderungen, Prozessen und technischen Lösungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Identity and Access Management
  • Technische Verantwortung für IAM-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung mit der Integration von IAM-Systemen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen und Anwendungen, einschließlich Cloud-Diensten
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich IAM oder IT-Sicherheit, wie zum Beispiel Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) oder spezifische IAM-Zertifizierungen (z.B. Certified Identity and Access Manager - CIAM)
