Description de la mission

Dans le cadre de votre mission VIE au sein de Stellantis, vous rejoindrez la direction de notre filiale commerciale allemande. Vous rejoindrez plus particulièrement notre division Customer Experience et ferez partie de l'équipe de pilotage de la qualité de service du réseau Stellantis pour toutes nos grandes marques Stellantis, à savoir Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Jeep, Opel et Peugeot. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

1. Collecte et analyse des données d'expérience client tout au long du parcours client (acheteur de voitures neuves ou d'occasion ou Aftersales)
2. Création et présentation de rapports de performance CX pour les différentes parties prenantes de l'entreprise (marques, force de vente, leadership)
3. Interaction avec les homologues des fonctions CX centrales et avec les prestataires de services et les agences qui conduisent et soutiennent les sujets pertinents pour la CX.
4. Participation aux initiatives de formation et de coaching préparées pour les groupes cibles concernés en interne et dans le réseau Stellantis.
5. Participation à des projets passionnants menés par l'équipe CX afin d'améliorer l'expérience des clients pour les différents points de contact.

Profil

- BAC+ 5, de préférence en gestion d'entreprise, vente et marketing ou numérique.
- Une première expérience pratique dans le domaine de la vente ou du service automobile, de l'assistance à la clientèle ou de l'analyse des performances est un avantage.
- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais, capacité à communiquer en allemand souhaitée
- Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et conceptuelles
- Dynamisme et flexibilité dans le travail
- Haut niveau d'initiative et de proactivité
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels PC standard (MS Office), en particulier MS Excel et MS PowerPoint
- Une expérience des outils d'analyse de données avancés (Power Query, Power BI) est un avantage, mais n'est pas indispensable.
