Role Description

This is a full- or parttime, on-site Receptionist role based in Heidelberg. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, handling phone calls, and providing general administrative support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and guests to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Phone Etiquette and managing general Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as organizing files, handling office equipment, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve guest concerns, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and flexibility to handle a dynamic and guest-focused role.
• Additional language skills, particularly in German and English, are highly beneficial for this role.
• Prior experience in a similar receptionist or administrative position is preferred but not required.
• Experience with the software "Protel" is welcome but not required.
