As our Senior PPC Specialist , you will be the driving force behind our paid advertising success, ensuring our strategy is executed flawlessly across all paid media channels. Our team is already strong in paid search ma rketing , and we're looking for a senior specialist to expan d our exp ertise further—driving innovation and perfor ma nce in areas such as display, video, program ma tic, and beyond.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will own the execution, strategy, and auto ma tion of our paid media efforts, ensuring data-driven decisions that ma ximize perfor ma nce. Y ou will work alongside a team of three PPC specialists, providing expertise and guidance to implement best-in-class practices daily, weekly, and annually .

Your Responsibilities

• Own and lea d PPC strategy across all paid media channels, with a strong focus on display, program ma tic buying, video advertising, and YouTube.
• Execute and optimize campaigns to drive perfor ma nce, scalability, and efficiency , ensuring continuous improvement in ROAS and other key metrics.
• Develop and refine auto ma tion processes to streamline PPC workflows and improve efficiency.
• Advise and collaborate with the existing team, upskilling them in display, video, and program ma tic advertising best practices.
• Work closely with data, tech, and creative teams to develop high-impact advertising campaigns that leverage audience targeting, dynamic creatives, and ma chine lea rning optimizations.
• Own the program ma tic strategy , selecting the right platforms, partners, and technologies to drive growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends , ensuring we adopt the latest innovations in PPC and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with search engine and platform partners to integrate best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide regular perfor ma nce insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in perfor ma nce and future planning.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience , with a strong track record in display advertising, program ma tic buying, video advertising, and YouTube campaigns.
• Proven ability to scale and optimize paid media campaigns in international ma rkets and across multiple platforms.
• Experience with PPC auto ma tion and data-driven decision- ma king .
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to build new processes from scratch and drive innovation.
• Ability to educate and support an existing PPC team, sharing knowledge and expertise .
• Fluent in Ger ma n ( native-level ) and excellent com ma nd of English.
• Based in the Germany .
