Are you an experienced
CSA Lead
ready to take the reins on large-scale Life Science projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global construction business known for delivering technically complex projects within one of Europe's fastest-growing sectors.

As CSA Lead, you'll be the senior representative of the engineering function, leading your team to deliver excellence on site. You'll set strategy for engineering delivery, oversee quality and technical assurance, and ensure the smooth coordination between your team, the supply chain, and client stakeholders.

You'll take ownership of setting-out and onsite control, temporary works coordination, and quality assurance — making sure every detail meets the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing the engineering project team
  • Managing coordination with design teams, clients, and site meetings
  • Reviewing and implementing Inspection & Test Plans
  • Overseeing QA processes, including NCR control and close-out
  • Managing temporary works and lifting operations
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety procedures
  • Supporting site-based engineers to deliver work accurately and efficiently

What you'll bring:

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience leading CSA teams on large construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete, drainage, steelwork, facades, and cleanroom environments
  • Experience with temporary works coordination and lifting operations
  • Confident communicator with excellent client and team leadership skills
  • Familiarity with planning/programming software and quality control systems
  • German speaking is a must
