Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu HR-Prozessen und zur nahtlosen technischen und funktionalen Implementierung von SAP, insbesondere der deutschen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, bei gleichzeitiger Konzeption und Konfiguration von maßgeschneiderten SAP Payroll-Lösungen nach genauen Kundenvorgaben.
  • Analysieren Sie Geschäftsanforderungen und setzen Sie diese in effektive SAP Payroll Prozesse um.
  • Entfesseln Sie Ihr Know-how, indem Sie modernste HR-Geschäftsprozessanwendungen analysieren, beraten, entwerfen und implementieren.
  • Leiten Sie ansprechende Schulungen und praktische Workshops, um Endbenutzer zu unterstützen.
  • Arbeiten Sie synergetisch mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um eine einwandfreie Integration des Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungssystems zu gewährleisten.
  • Kontinuierliche Erkundung und Beherrschung der neuesten SAP-Technologien für die Gehaltsabrechnung und Best Practices der Branche.
Ihr Profil
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit der SAP-Gehaltsabrechnung für Deutschland und fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Arbeits- und Steuervorschriften.
  • Fließend in Deutsch (B2/C1-Niveau) und Englisch.
  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Ehrgeizig, lernwillig und stark kundenorientiert.
  • Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail.
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen.
  • SAP-Zertifizierung, Kenntnisse in der deutschen SAP Cloud Payroll und ABAP-Programmierkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
