Ziel der Position

Als Assistenz der Bereichsleitung BaSO übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der organisatorischen, operativen und kommunikativen Unterstützung des Head of BaSO. Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen der Bereichsleitung, den Directs und relevanten Peers und tragen maßgeblich zur Entlastung der Führungsebene bei.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Reviews als klassisches Quality Gate für Präsentationen und Informationen
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Präsentationen
  • Validierung von Statusberichten (z. B. PRC)
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Sonderprojekten und nicht-operativen Initiativen (z. B. AI, BidXtract, E-Invoicing, Implementierung Angebotsliste)
  • Sicherstellung von Governance und Qualität bei Angeboten und in der Projektumsetzung (z. B. Dokumentation im Risk Assessment)
  • Dokumentenmanagement unter Einhaltung der definierten Ablagestruktur
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Eskalation bei kritischen Abweichungen
  • Durchführung und/oder Prüfung kaufmännischer Berechnungen und Kalkulationen
Ihr Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Unternehmensberatung, Projektmanagement, Vertrieb oder im kaufmännischen Bereich eines internationalen Unternehmens
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strategisches Verständnis
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

  • Hervorragendes Organisations- und Zeitmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, mit mehreren Prioritäten umzugehen und fristgerecht zu arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (C1 in Wort und Schrift)
