The Role
As a Game Owner at CrazyLabs, you won't just manage a product development — you'll own the business side of one of our hybrid-casual games. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends creative direction with performance accountability. You'll define the game's vision, shape its roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to bring it to life, — then continuously improve it based on player feedback, market trends, and performance data.

You will be directly responsible for the game's KPIs, including profit, retention, monetization, engagement, and user acquisition effectiveness. From live ops and economy balancing to content cadence and A/B testing, you'll operate at the intersection of gameplay quality and business success.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership, and is excited to build and scale a game with measurable impact on a global stage.

What You'll Do

  • Own a hybrid casual game's strategy, live operations, and performance

Requirements:

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in F2P mobile games (hybrid/casual preferred), 2 in a similar position
  • Proven ownership of a live game and responsibility for KPIs
  • Strong grasp of monetization, game & economy design, and understanding of UA
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to drive cross-functional execution
  • Passion for mobile games and player-centric thinking
  • Strong analytical skills
