Senior Video Producer

Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.

Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. Own high-impact video production end-to-end, turning insights into thumb-stopping performance assets and polished brand films. You'll concept, produce, shoot, and edit with a focus for speed, smart crews, and innovation with AI and automation.

• Own operational excellence → across project planning, timeline management, budgeting, vendors, call sheets, ppm's and feedback coordination.

• Creative ideation → Translate insights into ideas, concepts, scripts, boards, and tight shot lists.

• Lead production end to end → Run efficient studio/remote shoots; build/oversee sets; expert editing (in Premiere oder equivalent)

• Systemize and innovate with AI → Has experience in production with AI and automation. Can research and implement new AI tools into our workflows, automate redundant tasks, explore creative automation.

• Drive performance-led creative thinking → Partner with Creative Strategist to scope and develop creatives to run fast-paced experiment sprints.

• Platform native thinker → Spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals

• Key areas you will be producing for - performance, brand, product, internal comms, and PR.
  

• A proactive self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong collaborative approach.

• Adaptable, organised, and clear in stakeholder communication.

• Craft-minded: you have a passion for ideation and narrative storytelling.

• Deep understanding of agency workflows, stakeholder dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experienced in hands on production and proven expert in post production (e.g. editing, mixing, grading). Bonus: motion graphics know-how

• Established freelancer/creator network and vendor management.

• Have solid knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and formats
