Associate Quality Assurance (gn) - Biotech

Unterstützung des Teams sowie der lokalen verantwortlichen Person und des Stufenplanbeauftragten für Qualität (gemäß §52a AMG, §63a AMG und §19 AMWHV) bei allen täglichen Prozessen im Qualitätsmanagement. Zu den Kernaufgaben gehören:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen:
    Entgegennahme, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenreklamationen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachbereichen.
  • Bearbeitung qualitätsbezogener Kundenanfragen:
    Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Schnittstellen zur Klärung von qualitätsrelevanten Themen.
  • Mitwirkung an QMS-Dokumentation:
    Unterstützung bei Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten, einschließlich SOPs und weiterer GDP-konformer Unterlagen.
  • Dokumentation und Archivierung:
    Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Ablage und Verwaltung von Qualitätsdokumenten gemäß internen Vorgaben.
  • Teilnahme an Optimierungsprojekten:
    Mitarbeit an lokalen und globalen Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung.
  • Administrative Unterstützung:
    Mitwirkung in lokalen Task Forces und bei organisatorischen Aufgaben.
  • Unterstützung bei regulatorischen Fragestellungen:
    Zuarbeit bei der Klärung gesetzlicher Anforderungen.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualität/GDP.
  • Idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Good Distribution Practice (GDP) innerhalb der pharmazeutischen Industrie in Deutschland.
  • Kenntnisse in Datenverarbeitung und im Umgang mit Kundenreklamationen von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen wünschenswert.
  • Sehr gute MS Office- und Datenbankkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mindestens C1, Englisch mindestens B1 in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, professionelles Auftreten und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Freude an präzisem Arbeiten, administrativen Aufgaben und Teamarbeit.
